We pride ourselves on excellent communication. Once a referral is received, all parties will be contacted within 24 hours. Throughout the course of the case management, the Consultant will keep all key parties updated on the claim progress.
Experienced Consultants
At Workplace OH&S Solutions, we believe Agents are able to reduce clost of claims by engaging the right Consultant, that can be proactive and outcome driven. All our Consultants have a minimum of 8 years experience to give you the best outcomes in the shortest time period.
Case Conferencing
At Workplace OH&S Solutions, the key to a successful rehabilitation outcome lies with a plan developed with the nominated Treating Doctor and the Employer / Injured Worker. As such, a case conference with the NTD is held as soon as practicable once the referral is received.
